About the Role

This role isidealfor someone who thrives in a dynamic, project-basedteamand enjoys working across sectors.You willprovidepractical,hands-on support toFirst Nations and non-Indigenous purpose-driven enterprises, helping them refine business models, explore revenueopportunitiesandbuildthe leadershipcapabilityneeded to scale.

Theroleinvolvesoccasional travel across Western Australia to work directly with enterprise partners and communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Advisory:Provide small business leaders withpracticaladvice on strategy,operationsand organisational troubleshooting.
- Strategic Planning:Develop key planning tools, includingbusiness plans, feasibilityanalysesand financial models.
- Business Opportunity Identification:Identifynew market opportunities throughpracticalindustryandmarket research and analysis.

About You – Skills, Experience & Attributes

Must-Have:

- Commercially savvy: Experience growing competitive businesses across multiple industries.
- Small and medium business experience: Experience working at a strategic level in competitive, resource-constrained business environments. Strategic planning: Experience developing and using planning tools such as business plans, marketing plans,



feasibility analyses and financial plans, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Adaptive approach: Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients, capabilities and contexts.
- Cultural capability: Demonstrated experience working effectively alongside First Nations organisations, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Self-starter: Comfortable working autonomously, managing competing priorities and taking initiative to drive projects forward.

Nice-to-Haves

- Entrepreneurial mindset: Start-up experience.
- Regional Perspective: Experience living and working in regional Western Australia.
- Investment readiness experience: Exposure to social finance, impact investing or investment readiness programs.
- Coaching and facilitation: Strong skills in facilitation, mentoring, coaching or capability building.
