Monash Health in Victoria is seeking a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (Grade 3) to provide expert mental health nursing care to older adults in residential aged care, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans and delivering evidence-based interventions.

You will work autonomously in the community while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, mentoring junior nurses and delivering education to staff.
