Redpath Partners is seeking an experienced WHS Manager to lead the safety strategy and culture across major Sydney construction projects. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, partnering with project teams, leadership and clients to embed robust WHS practices.

You will develop and implement WHS systems, drive audits and risk assessments, and mentor WHS professionals while reporting to senior management.
