Mercer is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to drive growth across existing and new partnerships, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver governance, strategic planning and robust day-to-day partnership performance. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, this hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days a week.
You will manage partner relationships, develop annual and long-term plans, monitor performance and terms, and align product, marketing, finance and risk
