Bluestone in Melbourne's south-east is seeking an experienced Estimator to manage tenders from initial review through to final submission, delivering accurate, competitive estimates and coordinating subcontractor pricing for commercial and retail projects.
You will work across current-build, refurbishment and fit-out works, collaborate closely with the estimating, construction and leadership teams, and identify risks, opportunities and value-management throughout the tender lifecycle.
