Lotus People is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead a small team and shape leadership experiences across the organisation. This role reports to the CSO and partners with executive leadership to steer people initiatives during a period of transition.
You will lead a practical people and culture strategy, drive cultural improvements, and mentor leaders to become effective people managers while ensuring HR operations, governance and risk are well managed.
