Talent Forge Group is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Sydney to own the customer journey from signed contract to live deployment. The role is hybrid, based in Surry Hills with some work from home, and reports to the implementations lead.
You will manage 30‑day go-lives, configure Shopify, helpdesk and fulfilment integrations, train CX teams, and develop a scalable onboarding playbook for AU and beyond, while feeding product insights back to the team.
