An established Australian food manufacturer is seeking a capable and hands-on Logistics Supervisor to lead logistics, warehousing and distribution operations at its Strathalbyn site.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this position will suit an experienced operator who combines practical leadership with robust organisational and systems capability. You’ll oversee a small logistics team, managing inbound raw materials, outbound finished goods and day-to-day transport operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy and safety across the site.

Success in this role will come from sound people management, clear communication and confidence using systems to maintain stock control, pallets and workflow visibility. You’ll be comfortable working in Excel and other business systems, applying structure and accountability to drive ongoing improvement.
