Davidson, partnering with Barwon Water, seeks a senior Testing & QA Lead to uplift up-to-date testing and quality assurance across the organisation. You will shape testing strategy, standards, automation frameworks and release assurance, reporting to the Head of Digital Engineering.
You will embed quality across the delivery lifecycle, influence engineering teams without direct authority, and balance delivery speed with risk, cost, security and user impact in a dynamic digital transformation program.
