Sofitel in Recent South Wales is seeking an experienced Conference and Events Supervisor to support the day‑to‑day leadership of our Banquets team. You will coordinate event set‑ups, service delivery and guest liaison from handover through to the final guest experience.
You will work closely with the kitchen and other hotel departments, manage rostering and labour to maximise revenue opportunities, and ensure every function reflects Sofitel’s elegance and Heartist attitude.
