Job Description
- Provide strategic and operational HR advice to leadership and management teams.
- Support workforce planning and employee relations initiatives.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organisational goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
- Advise on performance management and professional development strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HRBP should have:
- Proven experience in human resources,
preferably within the healthcare or not for profit industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws in Australia.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy setting.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
What's on Offer
- Hourly rate of $50.00 to $60.00 AUD, depending on experience.
