Rockpool Residential Aged Care Northshore Hamilton is launching in November 2026, and we are assembling our founding team. As Rostering and Workforce Manager, you will shape rosters, systems and culture from day one, embedding our My Day My Way model of care into the fabric of the home.

You will lead workforce planning, rostering, recruitment coordination and office administration to ensure every shift is covered and every resident is cared for.
