What the Role Involves
n
n
Carrying out safety inspections, servicing and repairs on our coach and bus fleet.
n
Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults on large vehicles.
n
Preparing vehicles for MOTs (where applicable) and ensuring full compliance with DVSA & Traffic Commissioner standards.
n
Completing job cards, defect sheets and maintenance records accurately and on time.
n
Supporting breakdown recovery for coaches/buses when required.

Maintaining workshop tools, equipment and ensuring a clean, safe work setting.

What We're Looking For
n
Essential
n
n
Proven experience working on coach, bus, PCV or HGV vehicles.
n
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills relevant to large-vehicle fleets.
n
Full UK driving licence.
n
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety & quality.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a workshop team.
n
n
Preferred
n
n
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
n
PCV licence.
n
Previous experience in coach or bus fleet maintenance.
n
