Medical Receptionist – Priority Health GroupEmerald QLD CasualAbout the Roles:We are looking for a casual Medical Receptionist to join our practice to be a key team member working collaboratively within the practice, providing high-quality service to all patients.The role is so much more than regular reception work.
You will assist in supporting health care professionals as well as general administration duties.About the business:We are a high-end General Practice based in Emerald, QLD with a robust focus on quality patient centered care.We are busy rural General Practice committed to the wellbeing of our people, patients, and communities which we serve.We are seeking a candidate with:· Greeting and welcoming patients· Valuable level of computer experience· Ability to learn new tasks· Administrative support and other ad hoc duties· Excellent communication skills, telephone & interpersonal· Answering phones in a timely and courteous professional manner· A skilled approach to work, honest, reliable and punctual.




· The ability to work as a team and independently.
· Strong organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail with the ability to cope well under pressure and ability to adapt to change.
· Dependable and punctual with mature attitude and solid work ethic.Experience:· Medical admin (preferred but not required).
