Location: Mitcham (free off street parking or discounted rate car park)

Salary: £26k-£30k

Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (fully office-based)

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an experienced and organised HR Administrator to join a busy HR team supporting a fast-paced operational environment in Mitcham.

Initially a temp role, a key focus of this role will be tackling a backlog of HR records, requiring the successful candidate to independently review, organise and maintain large volumes of confidential employee files.

- Payroll & Data Support
- Absence Management
- Recruitment Administration
- Employee Relations Support
- HR Systems, Reporting & Compliance

Additional Duties

- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with employee engagement, CSR and internal communication activities.
- Help coordinate newsletters,



surveys and employee communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

- Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar HR support role.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
