Open Pantry Co. is launching Landmark Steakhouse & Cafe in Charters Towers, regional QLD. We seek an Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end opening, recruit and train teams, and build the operating systems from scratch for two venues.

You will drive menu development, supplier setup and on-floor leadership, establishing a people-first culture. FIFO/relocation supported; autonomous regional post with milestones and performance bonuses.
