Bluestone is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead pre-construction design across multiple Class 2 Residential projects in Current South Wales. The role blends Head Office and site-based delivery with a builder/developer background.
You will manage design development, coordinate with clients, PMs, architects and engineers, oversee buildability, schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.
