IRT is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join IRT St Georges Basin in NSW. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents across shifts, with support from a team-oriented team.
We have two full-time contract options (12-month and 18-month) in the Shoalhaven region. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration, plus experience in residential care.
