Ballarat Grammar is seeking an experienced Head of Boarding House to create a protected, supportive home-away-from-home for boarders aged 7–12. The role guides day-to-day boarding operations, supervises a dedicated team, and partners with students, families and staff to promote wellbeing and student success.
The Boarding Community comprises five Houses with residential Heads of House and an extensive wellbeing program.
