Melbourne is seeking an Executive Chef to take ownership of kitchen operations across two established Melbourne restaurants. This hands-on, service-focused leadership role is for someone who loves hospitality—the food, the people and the energy of service.

You'll lead the kitchen teams, manage food costs, rostering and supplier relationships, and work closely with the owner and FOH leadership to ensure a unified, high-performing operation across both venues.
