Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver capital works projects across a major metropolitan hospital. This is an immediate start opportunity on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Manage the delivery of capital projects within a live hospital environment.
n
Coordinate works across areas such as medical imaging, pathology, Day Surgery Units (DAS), and Community Diagnostic Centres (CDCs).
n
Liaise with clinical stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant standards.
n
Manage project programs, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
n
Demonstrated experience managing capital works projects within a live operational workplace (hospital or other critical operational facilities).
n
Proven ability to successfully deliver projects while minimising disruption to ongoing operations.
n
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
n
Experience managing contractors and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
n
n
