Allied Pinnacle, a storied flour milling and bakery business, is seeking a Food Technologist–R&D; on a 12-month fixed term. Based in Kingsgrove, NSW, you will lead research on emerging ingredients and processing to drive product innovation.

Build and optimise bakery formulations, evaluate ingredient interactions, and maintain rigorous product Specifications through Optiva and Sensai. You will apply a robust bakery category understanding, food safety knowledge and 5+ years in product development
