Ambition, partnered with a well established education group in Australia, is seeking a Finance Manager to join as 2IC to the Financial Controller. The role involves leading month-end, reporting with commentary, and driving automation with ERP and AI initiatives.
You will manage a small team of three, cover BAS and tax across several states, model forecasts, work with auditors, and push smarter reporting. Relevant ERP experience, especially NetSuite, and a hands-on leadership style are required.
