About the Role
n
We are currently looking for an experienced Fashion Production Coordinator to join our team. Key duties will include:
n

Setting up tech packs and costings for recent styles
n




Setting up recent styles in the system, including creating contracts and purchase orders
n
Managing the critical path to ensure on-time delivery of orders
n
Chasing, submitting and approving fabrics, trims and care labels
n
Preparing invoicing
n
Liaising with designers on development requirements
n
Arranging and attending weekly fit meetings with designers and garment technicians
n
Submitting inspection reports and reviewing final production units
n
Communicating with factories to confirm orders and production timelines
n
Maintaining and updating production schedules
