Job Description
Emeco International is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor/Leading Hand to lead a team on a heavy earthmoving site.
You'll oversee 80+ machines, drive preventative maintenance, and ensure protected, reliable operations across the site near Mackay.
You will mentor the maintenance crew, champion a safety-first culture, and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to meet targets and budgets.
The role is permanent full time with an in office roster and company vehicle.
