Join our Accounts Payable team playing a key role in supporting the smooth financial operations of the business. This opportunity is based at our Sunshine Coast office in Forest Glen and is ideal for individuals with prior Accounts Payable experience.
About The Position
This is a high-volume, fast-paced role suited to someone who can confidently manage their own accounts, work independently and support the smooth running of the team.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficientlyMatching supplier dockets to corresponding invoices and ensuring supporting documentation is completeManaging assigned supplier accounts, including reconciliations and follow-upsLiaising with suppliers and internal project teams to resolve account queriesIdentifying and investigating discrepanciesAssisting with general administrative and ad hoc tasks as required
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
About You
Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable or similar roleA solid understanding of accounts payable principlesStrong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly approachThe ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExperience with Viewpoint will be highly regardedExperience within the construction industry will be highly regardedA current driver’s licence with reliable transport
