Hotel Indigo is seeking a Kitchen Steward to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across food and beverage outlets and equipment, supporting the culinary team and ensuring adherence to brand policies and regulations.

You will monitor stock, log discrepancies, assist with kitchen duties, and promote waste reduction while upholding HACCP and Food Safety standards. This role reports to the Head Chef and offers a team-oriented workplace with growth prospects.
