Zoom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand in Canungra, Queensland, to oversee a team on a large-scale residential subdivision project. You will report to the Site Manager and lead drainage, pipe, and stormwater crews while ensuring safety and high standards.

You will manage up to 15 workers, coordinate tasks, and drive quality with hands-on supervision and toolbox talks. A long-term role with potential for a company vehicle exists for the right leader.
