We're now seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide leadership and clinical excellence within our Youth Enhanced Services (YES) Adelaide team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior clinician who is passionate about youth mental health and wants to combine direct client work with clinical leadership, supervision and service development.

About the role

As the Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical oversight, leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team delivering services to young people aged 12‑25 years experiencing complex mental health challenges. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring high‑quality, evidence‑based care while maintaining a youth‑friendly, trauma‑informed and family‑centred approach.

Key areas of responsibility include:





- Providing clinical leadership, supervision and mentoring to clinicians and students.
- Managing complex clinical presentations and supporting risk assessment and care planning.
- Overseeing referral, triage and intake processes.
- Delivering evidence‑based interventions and therapeutic support to young people.
- Supporting continuous improvement, quality assurance and clinical governance activities.
- Collaborating with families, carers, community services and key stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for young people.
