Green by Nature is seeking a Racecourse Supervisor to oversee all aspects of Caulfield Racecourse grounds maintenance, ensuring top standard year-round.
This hands-on leadership role works with a dedicated team to keep the grounds in peak condition, especially on race days.
Based at Caulfield, you will coordinate turf care, track preparation, irrigation, and machinery operation, reporting to the Melbourne Racing Club and aligning with WHS requirements.
