PEER is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to join our Quality & Compliance department. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role leads quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement across our RTO and GTO.
Responsibilities include managing audits, maintaining the QMS, driving improvement, governance reporting to the Executive and Board, and mentoring staff to ensure quality training and employment outcomes.
