QBE Insurance is seeking a customer-focused insurance skilled to join its Internal Dispute Resolution team in Australia.
You will manage end-to-end complaints and disputes across General Insurance products, assessing policies and expert evidence to deliver fair outcomes.
You will engage with customers and internal and external stakeholders, provide SME support, and ensure compliance with the General Insurance Code of Practice and the Insurance Contracts Act.
