Job Description
IMC Trading is seeking a Senior Surveillance Lead to define the APAC trade surveillance strategy, own the program across equities, derivatives and commodities, and lead a small team as the business expands. You will work hands-on on alerts, data analysis, and regulatory responses while collaborating with Trading and Technology groups.

You will also help calibrate surveillance parameters, review electronic communications, and support APAC assurance activities across multiple markets in the region.
