Bolton Clarke is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to lead a team of maintenance specialists across aged care facilities. You will ensure statutory, preventative and corrective maintenance is delivered efficiently while maintaining safety and compliance with relevant standards.

Solid leadership and coordination with contractors will be essential. The role requires experience in maintenance operations, a Certificate IV in Engineering, and knowledge of OHS practices.
