AOI TSUKI is a premium Japanese Omakase restaurant located in the heart of South Yarra. We are seeking a qualified, high-performing Senior FOH / Supervisor (Hospitality Level 5) to join our passionate team and drive exceptional guest experiences.

Position: Senior FOH / Floor Supervisor (Award Level 5)

Pay Rates:
n
Weekdays: $* / hour + Tips
n
Saturday: $* / hour
n
Sunday: $* / hour
n
(Superannuation & penalty rates fully paid according to Award)
n
Start Date: Immediate / Negotiable
n
Hospitality Award Level 5 equivalent experience (or proven supervisor experience in fine dining/Japanese cuisine).
n
Robust floor leadership, table section management,



and team communication skills.
n
Essential: Positive understanding of beverage service (Wine, Cocktails, Beer) and RSA certification.
n
Highly Regarded: In-depth knowledge of Japanese Sake and beverage pairing.
n
Full Australian working rights required.
n
Oversee daily floor operations and maintain premium Omakase service standards.
n
Guide guest dining experiences with knowledgeable beverage/sake recommendations.
n
Support and lead junior floor staff during busy dinner service.
