Mercure Melbourne Doncaster is seeking a motivated Kitchen Hand to join our busy team. You will clean kitchen equipment, maintain high cleanliness standards, assist with goods receival, storage and basic food preparation when needed.
This role requires experience in kitchen or cleaning, the ability to work rapid-paced shifts, and reliable availability for evenings and weekends. You will support chefs and kitchen staff and play a key part in hygiene and guest impression.
