NCS Australia is seeking an experienced HCM Business Analyst to join a major HR transformation program.
This hands-on role focuses on HR processes, stakeholder engagement and delivering practical HCM solutions in a complex workplace.
You don't need to have worked on a specific HCM platform—Oracle HCM experience is desirable, but solid experience across other HCM platforms will be considered.
Macquarie Park-based role with an initial 6-month contract.
