St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba – Melbourne Northern Suburbs VIC is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to join the Eltham-based team on a full time basis.
You will coordinate staff, engage with clients and other care services to provide compassionate, person-centred care.
Successful applicants bring scheduling experience, proficiency with Procurra, Kronos or Workday, and a robust customer service ethos.
This role operates Monday to Friday during standard office hours in a up-to-date aged care
