Main duties of this role:
Answering phone calls / emails and coordinating sales enquiries.
Quoting
Maintaining accurate records.
Manage client bookings.
Liaising with subcontractors and clients.
Data Entry
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent Customer service skills with ability to build solid relationships with clients.
Highly organized and detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
