Bennelong, housed in the Sydney Opera House, is seeking a Chef De Partie, Demi Chef, or Commis Chef to join a world-class team under Rob Cockerill.
The role offers exposure to premium Australian produce, cutting-edge technique, and a front-row view of Sydney Harbour.
Applicants should have 2+ years in fine dining, solid technical prep and service skills, and the ability to work with seasonal ingredients.
Night and weekend availability, plus full Australian working rights, are essential.
