The Doctors Whangaparaoa is seeking a Patient Experience Team Leader to support our reception team in delivering outstanding customer service.
You will lead and mentor front-desk staff, ensuring a friendly, productive patient journey across every touchpoint.
This permanent part time role works 30 hours per week across four days, with collaboration from the management team and prospects to contribute to service improvements and staff development at the clinic.
