Philippe on Collins Street, Melbourne, renowned French restaurant, has been open for over 10 years and offers a refined upmarket bar experience.
We're seeking someone with at least 1 year in a pro bar/restaurant, solid knowledge of wine, food, and cocktails, a reliable, outgoing attitude, and the potential to move to full time.
