a. Organize and conduct internal training, including preparation of training materials and course design. Execution includes training coordination, delivery, and assessment.

Marketing Support

a. Assist in planning marketing activities such as workshops, roadshows, and webinars

b. Be responsible for creating and delivering technical documentation related to marketing activities

c.Provide technical support during marketing events and collect customer and market feedback

d. Conduct post-event reviews and provide technical insights into market trends and customer needs, identifying potential business prospects
