Job Description
Empower Healthcare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our South-West Sydney team.
You will deliver community-based OT services under NDIS and Homecare Packages, including home visits and therapy planning.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate equipment and home modifications, and monitor client progress to improve daily living skills.
Requirements: OT degree, AHPRA registration, police check, and solid communication.
