Eliza Homes is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of premium custom homes in Victoria.
You will manage multiple projects from start to handover, coordinating trades and suppliers while maintaining quality and programme, and ensuring outstanding client communication.
You will work closely with the Director to shape systems, processes, and overall business performance, with prospects to advance into senior leadership as the company grows.
