Fortrea seeks an experienced Site Navigator II to coordinate start-up activities for clinical studies in Australia. You will act as the single contact for investigative sites, guiding feasibility, site outreach, and activation while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Ideal candidates have solid knowledge of ICH/GCP, IRB/IEC regulations, and contract/budget negotiations, with ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate with sponsor, CRO, and site staff.
