Junction Support Services in Wodonga is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) team. You will guide Case Managers and Education Support staff to navigate complex cases with a focus on trauma-informed, client-centred practice.

The role involves day-to-day leadership, risk assessment, and coordinating with DFFH and other services, while developing staff through coaching and supervision. It is a full time, in office position in Wodonga.
