Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Home Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service.
n
Clients and caregivers are matched based on skill level, personality traits and preferences to support long-term relationships.
n
As typical in the role of in-home aged care support, willsee you assisting with:

personal care;
n
domestic assistance;
n
transportation;
n
medication reminders; and
n
other activities of daily living.

Certificate III in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services;
n
Satisfactory Australian National Police check;
n
Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate;
n
Smart mobile phone; and

Driver's licence and their own reliable presentable car.

This role will report to the Care Manager and a successful candidate will have the following:

Ability to provide personal and domestic care;
n
A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people in a community setting;

Excellent written and verbal skills;
n
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team;
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills; and
n
Willingness to participate in further education prospects.
