Job Description
CommBox is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer with solid AV knowledge to own complex issues and guide our support team from CommBox HQ in Warriewood. You will diagnose problems across hardware, software, firmware, networking and AV settings, and manage warranty conversations with confidence.

You'll collaborate with product and engineering to improve our products and support processes, coach junior staff, and occasionally support in office activities, training, and events.
