As our Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting the clinical team, and ensuring practices are thriving well. Key responsibilities
- Attend HR services
- Lead, mentor, and support front desk and clinical staff
- Train new administration staff
- Oversee appointment scheduling, billing, and patient flow
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Drive practice growth through excellent service and efficiency
- Coordinate with practice owners and accountant
About you
- Proven experience in medical practice management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Familiarity with Best Practice software and billing processes
